He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Devillo Maylon Babcock and Ethelyn Cobb Babcock; his wife Virginia Newhouse; his former spouses, Gary Barringer and Philip Parker; and his grandchildren, Bo Barringer (Rachel) of Boston Massachusetts, Jan Barringer Tenchipes (Alex) of Albuquerque, Michael Barringer of Jamestown, Brian Barringer (Vee) of Dewittville, NY, Kathryn Parker Resendiz (Peter) of Urbana and Philip Parker.
