He is survived by: his wife Nancy Winters; his children, Julie Raplee (Edward) of Manorville, NY and Craig Winters (Michelle) of East Amherst, NY; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Brooke Raplee and Sydni Winters. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
