He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Ketcham and Luella Ketcham (McHugh); and his wife Marianne. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Susan Sanderson of Coral Springs, FL., Richard H. Ketcham Jr. (Susan) of Fredonia, N. Y., James Scott Ketcham (Susan) of Warner, N. H., JoAnn Ketcham of Rochester, N. Y, John Alan "Jay" Ketcham (Eileen) of Bow, N. H. and Jeffrey W. Ketcham (Carolyn) of Easthampton, MA.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
