It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary M. Astry of Fredonia, New York, born in Cherry Creek, New York, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy Monico and Julia Monico (Cerio); her husbands, Lyle W. Astry and Naim Sefein; and her siblings, Angelo Monico and Grace Miller.

She is survived by: her sons, Calvin Astry (Barbara) of Eden Prairie, MN, Douglas Astry (Dianne) of Clinton, CT and Daniel Astry (Patricia) of Fredonia, NY; her grandchildren, Megan Muske, Jonathan Astry, Brian Astry, Kevin Astry, David Astry and Lauren Sorensen; and her sister Rose Spacciapolli. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
