She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Higgs and Margaret Higgs Reed (Bement); and her son Rene Sicard. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Wightman (Nee Mager) of Fredonia, NY; her grandchildren, Kevin Glavey Jr. of Chapel Hill, NC, Tim Glavey of Brocton, NY, Hannah Glavey (Wendell Wagner-Maggitti) of Fredonia, NY, Jenna Sicard of Atlanta, GA and Ben Sicard of Atlanta, GA; her great great grandchild Tristin Sicard of Atlanta, GA.; and her sisters, Nancy Winters (late Robert), Elizabeth Speck (George) and Joan Patzer (Emmons). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Larson-Timko Funeral Home (20 Central Ave, Fredonia, NY 14063). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
