Josephine M. Leone Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine M. Leone of Fredonia, New York, born in North Collins, New York, who passed away on September 3, 2024 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Josephine M. Leone to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Leone and Genevieve Leone (DiCarlo); her siblings, Anthony, Louis, Russell Leone and Marie Shaw (Leone); her niece Jo Anne Leone; and her close friend Leanora Zacharias.
She is survived by: her sister Geraldine Pomroy (Leone) of Fredonia, N. Y.; and also, Marlene, Carol and Susan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony's Church (42 Orchard St, Fredonia, NY 14063).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Josephine's memory to Northern Chautauqua Catholic School, 336 Washington Avenue, Dunkirk, New York 14048.
