James S. Meyers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James S. Meyers of Fredonia, New York, born in Dunkirk, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meyers and Johanna Meyers (Rozulmalski); and his brothers, Robert and John E. Meyers. He is survived by: his wife Joan Meyers (Berkshire); his daughters, Jodi Meyers (Tim), Kimberly Tofil (Mike) of Tennessee and Debbie Panek (Keith) of Dunkirk; his grandchildren, Jessica Berdyck of Fredonia, Philip Berdyck (Candice) of South Carolina and Nicholas Berdyck (Emily) of Fredonia; his great grandchildren, Noah Berdyck of Silver Creek, Jaxon Ostler of Fredonia, Leila and Dexter Parkman of South Carolina; and his sister Elizabeth Korzienewski of Dunkirk.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-7 pm at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Avenue, Fredonia, where prayers will be offered Wednesday morning at 9:15 am, (FACE MASKS REQUIRED), followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Church, 145 E. Main Street, Fredonia at 10 am.
