He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francisco Baez and Juana Rivera; his wife Mary Baez of Silver Creek, N. Y.; his children, Dominic Baez (Erin) of Silver Creek, N. Y., Moselle Franklin (Robert) of Silver Creek, N. Y., Maria Baez of Brant, N. Y., Angel Baez (Sam Frew) of Dunkirk, N. Y. and Danielle Baez of Silver Creek, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Dominic, Ariana, Blake, Chase, Jaylen, Mikaela, Xavier and Alex; and his brother Angel Baez (Rose). He was also cherished by several other brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and many friends.
