He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth Collins (Rory Mitchinson) of Nashville, TN, Leah Collins (Heather McEntarfer) of Fredonia, NY and Cynthia Flaherty of Cassadaga; his grandchildren, Evan, Caroline Collins and Esme Mitchinson; his stepchildren, Travis Flaherty (Samantha) of Newfane, NY and Meghan Villa (Martin) of Santa Clarita, CA; and his stepgrandchildren, Dominik, Norah, Brantley Flaherty, Makenna, Beckham, Callie and Cambria Villa.
Charitable contributions may be made to Cassadaga Lakes Association or Cassadaga Beach Program.
