He is survived by: his parents, Morris Chase and Barbara Ferguson Chase; his wife Amanda "Mandie" Grey Chase of Cherry Creek; his children, Aaron W. Chase of Cherry Creek, Garett R. Johnson of Camden, TN, Kayla R. Chase-Thompson (Garland) of Morehead City, NC, Gilianna M. Johnson of Cherry Creek, Gabriel C. Chase of Cherry Creek and Gemma K. Chase of Cherry Creek; his grandson Garland Thompson, Jr.; his siblings, Loretta Peters of Tucson, AZ, Waylon Chase (Riza) of Gerry, Nelson Chase of Jamestown and Lynette Chase of Jamestown; his parents-in-law, Richard Grey and Lorrie Grey of Castalian Springs, TN; his brother-in-law Carl Grey (Michelle) of Castalian Springs, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Richard Thomas, Ruby Bell, Reiden, Bria and Eliana.
