She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bannister and Florence Bagg Bannister; and her husband Frank J. Cummins. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Bannister of Warsaw, Amy Weaver (Joseph) of Franklinville and Tammy Wright (Jeffrey) of Warsaw; her sisters, Judy Bannister of Florida and Kathy Bell of Warsaw; and her stepchildren, James, Joseph Cummins and Jennifer Cummins of Warsaw. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
