He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare O'Hara and Pauline E. Lockwood (Hinkley); his siblings, Dick, Ken O'Hara, Anthony Piascik and Collette Thompson; and his sister-in-law Christine Amoroso.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Wheeler; his daughters, Dusty Mejak (Kevin) and Amber Phillips (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Hayden, Conner, Jadalynn and Jocelynn; his brother Harry Raub (Ethal); and his siblings-in-law, Donald, David Wheeler, Linda Hooper (Rusty Kline) and Judy Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
