He is survived by: his wife Grace Chase (Gebbs); his daughters, April Baldwin (Gary) of Franklinville, Barbara Bays (Gary) of Franklinville and Rabecca Dase of Ludlow, PA; his grandchildren, Gary Bays Jr. (Kerrie), William Bays (Jackie), Matt Chase (Addie), Weiland Dase and Catherine Chase; his great grandchildren, Langston and Raylee Chase; and his sisters, Paula Havers and Patty Whitcher Connor.
