With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy L. Frazier of Franklinville, New York, who passed away on February 18, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Mowry and Fay Rhoades; her children, Melanie Frazier of Erie, PA and Jack Frazier Jr. of Franklinville; and her brother Robert Rhoades (Sue).
