She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred P. Crowell and Etta Wilhelmina Stoner Crowell; and her daughter Jane A. Melaneler. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Prentice; and her children, Donald R. Prentice (Deb Bradley) of Great Valley, Kevin E. Prentice (Sandy) of North Collins, Joyce M. Telaak (David) of Ellicottville and Dean E. Prentice of Humphrey. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
