She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Swisher and Catherine John Swisher; her husband Harry Welch; her daughters, Sheila Termer and Bobbi Jo Welch; and her sister Henrietta Mayer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Newberry of Franklinville and Lisa Welch (Gary Franklin) of Franklinville; and her nephew Keith Mayer. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, a special grandson, 16 great grandchildren.
