He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sipe; his sons, Marc Balcom (Elizabeth) of Franklinville and Robert Balcom of Franklinville; his grandchildren, Taylor Lambert (Nick), Laurrel Balcom, Zackery Balcom and Jacob Balcom; his great grandchildren, Raelyn and Chloe Lambert; and his brothers, Robin, Kevin (Diane) and Daryl Balcom (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
