He is survived by: his mother Marlene Steward Howell of Bowling Green, KY; his wife Barbara Stockwell; his stepchildren, Ashley Buelow of Dansville, VA. and Craig Buelow (Liz) of Oklahoma; his brother-in-law Bill Stockwell (Patty) of Franklinville; his sister Sharon Smith (Bill) of Jacksonville; his niece Samantha Brenton; his nephew Sean Smith; his mother-in-law Patricia Stockwell; and also Barbara Howell. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
