Karaszewski of Farmersville, Jerry L. Rhinehart of Lockport, NY, Renee Lyman of Lockport, Jane E. Ptak of Lockport and Jennifer A. Adam of Anthem, AZ; his grandchildren, Brianna J., Brandon Ptak, Bailey E., Taylor O. Adam, Richard, Ashley and Lauren Lyman; and his siblings, Norman Karaszewski, Phyllis Karaszewski of Tonawanda and Jeanette Trepacz of Lake View, NY.
