He is survived by: his stepmother Betty Mighells; his daughters, Beth Foster (Bob) and Kim Connell (Mike); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Connell, Sean Connell, Brett Foster and Delainie Foster; his brothers, Charles Talbot (Sherry) and Joel Talbot (Diane); and his uncle Henry Talbot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to EARS or Meals On Wheels.
