Perkins of Alvarado, TX. and Leanne R. Pfeffer (John) of West Valley; his stepson Brett J. Proctor (Lisa) of West Valley; his grandchildren, JD, Daniel, Allison, Jimmy, Collin, Matthew and Abby; his great grandchild Reed Proctor; his siblings, Marilyn Vaught (Don) of Owasso, OK., Victor Perkins (Christine) of Arcade, Larry Perkins (Jackie) of Arcade and Connie Preston of Freedom; and his sister-in-law Dot Perkins of Hornell. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
