He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton B. Hallock and Helena E. Snyder Hallock; his parent-in-law Garnette Turner; his wife Garnette; his grandson F. Neil Muzzy; and his sister Arabelle McElheney.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Hallock (Marie), Douglas Hallock (Teri), Daniel Hallock (Karen), Jennifer Moore (Bruce) and Josie Bovā; his sister Erma White (Jim); his niece Debbie; and his nephews, Shane and Kevin. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
