He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clayson and Opal Fisher Clayson; his wife Janice J. Scroggins; his son Timothy Smith; and his sister Pamela Pangburn.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Denise Hammond-Hensel of Cattaraugus; his daughters, Tammy Fisk (Mark) of Cuba and Rhonda Muir of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Brandy Rogers and Ashley Rogers; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Pangburn of Wirt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc. (9 Bull, Cuba, NY 14727). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home (9 Bull, Cuba, NY 14727).
