She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Dash and Ruth Scheffler Dash; and her brothers, Randy Dash and Timothy. She is survived by: her husband Bruce R. Bush; her daughter Melissa Eysaman (Frederick) of Springville; her grandchildren, Madisyn, Sophia and Lucas Eysaman; and her siblings, Sandy Taylor (Steve), Kathy Taylor, Rodney Dash and Richard Dash (Barbara). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
