She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlyle M. Rich and Beatrice M. Knight Rich. She is survived by: her husband Clarence I. Mack; her daughters, Claudia J. Mack of Charleston, SC. and Cindy J. Mack of Olean; her granddaughters, Layne and Allison Mack; her sister Lois I. Lester of Cuba; her niece Beth Rhodes; and her nephews, Timothy and Ronald Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Franklinville First Baptist Church Camp JYC at 27 South Main Street or to the Franklinville Volunteer Fire Department Ambulance Squad at 75 North Main Street, Franklinville, NY 14737.
