She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Holtz and Mable Mary Emma Holtz. She is survived by: her brother William Jr. As; her children, David (Kathy), Dawn, Rick (Liz), Carl (Deb) and Paul (Donna); her husband Franklin C. Meier; and her brother William Howard Holtz Jr.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
