He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Place and Dorothy Place of Florida; and his siblings, Richard Place and Carol Place. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly A. Place (Dan Howe) and Kevin C. Place (Tracy Place); his sister Nancy Green; and his brother-in-law Bob Green. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
