He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Banks Sr. and Louise Banks (Rudolph); his son Michael Banks; and his siblings, Florence Terry and Melvin Banks.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Banks; his daughter Joanna Banks; his brothers, Lee Banks and Kenneth Banks; his grandchildren, Samantha Banks, Laura Banks (Audon Salas), Sierra Jones and Joshua Jones; his great grandchildren, Draven Fay, Trenton Fay, Scarlett Barnes, Julian Salas, Emery Jones and Silvia Salas; his great great grandchild Lily Dean; and his grandchildren, Tamara Wright and Issac Wright.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Franklin American Legion (327 Main St., Franklin, NY 13775).
