“Anthony, I miss you so much. I miss making you smile and I miss those nights when we'd listen to Ricky Nelson, and Smokey Robinson's "Mickey's Monkey", and you'd dance. I'm glad I got to spend time with you on your last birthday, I saved the candle from the cupcake I used to sing you "Happy Birthday". Your Brother Blaise misses you so much, and I can't ever look at him without thinking of you. Nicholas and Joseph miss you so much too. You are missed by many, and loved by all. Love you Buddy.”

Robert Brunswick jr wrote a sympathy message

“I love Anthony. There was something about Anthony that immediately endeared him to you. I had the honor of spending the last two years of his life visiting with him. We would listen to his favorite music and I always brought him treats. Cannoli was his favorite (he had quite a sweet tooth). He'd talk fondly of growing up in Brownsville, and about his big brother Nicholas and how he always looked out for him. I saw Anthony for the final time on his last birthday, I lit a candle on a cupcake.”

“I didn’t take me long to see why your nephew loved you so much. I am so grateful for the years that i had the pleasure of knowing you. Immediately you became someone that i greatly admired. You told stories, you played cards, you laughed, and you made people laugh. It was easy to see why everyone loved you. How could they not? So while i’m sad i wear a smile because knowing you, the pleasure has truly been mine. -Dani”
