It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tresa L. Juliano of Frankfort, New York, born in Nichols, New York, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Vargason and Amy Baldwin Vargason; her husband Frank J. Juliano; and her siblings, Leroy Vargason, Jim Vargason and Salva Jean Archibald.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joy (Anthony Lomazzo) of Rome, Amy (Tim Halstead) of West Monroe and Elizabeth Juliano of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Tiffany Taylor, Rob Day, Anthony (Sydney Lomazzo), Ashley (Jerry Guyer), TSgt Jessica, Bryan Sheridan, Abril (Michael Palmer), Mario (Rebecca Juliano), Christopher Lomazzo and Madalin Nelson; her siblings, Merritt Vargason Jr. of Athens, PA., Gary Vargason of Nichols, John Vargason of Sayre, PA, Ethel Strong of Owego, Lois Holmes of Spencer, Linda Cole of Owego and Mary Alverado of Ithaca; and her parents-in-law, Toni, Neal Covey of Clinton, Marion Reagan of Utica, Mindy Juliano of Ghana and Africa. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In keeping with current guidelines, a face covering will be required and social distancing will be practiced.
