It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Fraccola of Frankfort, New York, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Sweet and Mary Tripple Sweet; and her sister Rose Zennamo (Matthew). She is survived by: her spouse Augustine Fraccola; her children, Maria Johnson (Ray), Gina Haley (David) and Augustino Fraccola (Tammy); her grandchildren, Brittany, Ernest Neil, Leno Milinovic, Ryan Haley, Matthew, Marina Haley, Angelina and Marcello Fraccola; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas Neil, Adrianna and Luca Haley; and her siblings, Bernadette Enjem and Joseph Sweet. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
