She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sylvester and Helen Sylvester (Domina). She is survived by: her husband John F. Spina; her children, Lori (Mike Schultz), Linda (John Kulesa), John "Bub" (Karla Spina) and Jane (Jake Haas); her grandchildren, Mike, Sherri Spina of Frankfort, Michele and Sean Lizama of South Riding, VA; her brother George; her sister-in-law Phyllis Sylvester of Manchester, NH; her parents-in-law, Anthony and Janet Spina of Deerfield; her grandchildren, Brent Schultz, Skyler Kulesa (Taylor Church), Trista Kulesa, John Spina, Nicholas, Amanda Spina, Andrew Spina, Jordan Haas (Isaiah Jackson), Jensen Haas, Michelangelo Spina, Levi Spina, Jagger Spina, Luca Lizama and Cameron Lizama; her great grandchildren, Anna Grace and Asa Spina; and her friend Tina Yelle. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
