Mineko Cogar Obituary

We bid farewell to Mineko Cogar (Frankfort, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 24, 2024 at the age of 94. Mineko touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Sueo Teramura and Takeko Fujhara. She is survived by: her husband James Cogar; her daughter Naomi Cogar (Vernon Gardner) of Schuyler; and her sister Wakako Janzen of San Antonio, TX.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
