Coluzza, Michael A. and Heidi Coluzza (VanDerhoof); his brother Gerry Vallese; his aunts, Concetta Kinney and Clara Kinney; his godmother Joanne Sementilli; his cousins, Michael, Mary Tisi and Sam DeRocco; his friend Margie Ryan; and also, Matthew, Emma Jo Fonner, Donna Matuszek, Kyle Giglio and Kelly Voorhees. He is also survived by wife, parents and extended family.
