She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Quentin and Claire Jo Carr. She is survived by: her son Jared Sessum; her daughter-in-law Schatzie Vincent; her children, Daniel Sessum and Bianca Sessum; her son-in-law Evan Roberts; her grandchild Errai Roberts; her brother Christopher Carr (Karen); her nieces, Katherine and Alexandra; and her nephew Zachary Carr.

In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Petsmart Charities.
