He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cook and Betty Lou Cook (Hough). He is survived by: his significant other Susan Sterling; his stepchildren, Roseanne Sheridan of Rome, Cherie Brown of Westmoreland and Thomas Lisberg Jr. of Norwich; his brother William T. Cook (Karen McClure) of Utica; and his nieces, Melissa Cook of Frankfort and Jeannette Jason of Pattersonville.
