It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis E. Foley of Frankfort, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred L. "Tody" and Ruth Foley (Lerch); and his brother-in-law Charles G. "Charlie" Richards. He is survived by: his significant other Connie Epolito; his children, Kimberly A., Christopher Schaible of Florida, Francis E. Foley II and Melinda Mroz; his grandchildren, Audrina Schaible, Brooklyn Schaible, Tanner Foley, Matthew and Madison Mroz; and his siblings, Bonnie Richards, John Foley (Mary Duetchman), Joyce M. Williams, Joseph Foley, Jeffrey Foley and Gail (Rick Hamilton). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, his aunt; and many friends.
