He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Anthony, Joseph, Agostino, Carmen DiNardo, Elizabeth DiSpirito and Katherine Pettinato.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Christina DiNardo Jackson and Elizabeth "Betty" DiNardo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
