She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Whitny Arana (Alexon), Thomas Maneen, Jordan Carter, Nicholas Maneen and Ryan Parks; her grandchildren, Ellie and Aiden; her sister Linda Zellwager (Polley); her daughter Amber; her brother Earl J. Polley (Jane); her nieces and nephews, Jonathon and Brittnay; her parents-in-law, Elizabeth and Thomas Maneen; her brother-in-law Patrick Maneen; her nephew Christopher; her niece Ava; her brother-in-law Shawn Maneen (Carrie); her nephew Michael; and her niece Kayla. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church (412 S Frankfort St, Frankfort, NY 13340).

“With the love I have in my heart for this special young woman, I pray that her family will have comfort in the peace Cindy has now. God will take good care of her and I am sure Earl and Theresa are overjoyed that she is with them. Cindy left us way too early but God had other plans. Cindy was a special young woman who had a heart of gold. She would help anyone and did so with her MOM Theresa by letting her stay in her home so she could keep an eye on and help her.
