It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caroline S. Frances of Frankfort, New York, born in Poland, New York, who passed away on October 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Poplasky and Catherine Poplasky (Krol); her daughter Roberta Hunter; her grandsons, Douglas Brown, Patrick Newton, Charles Newton, III, Zachary Hunter and Vincenzo Casamento; and her siblings, Francis Poplasky, Maryanne Lewandrowski, Pauline Woznicki and Jane Koscinski.
She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Brown; her children, Douglas Brown, Deborah Newton, Jr. (Charles) of Edgewater, FL, Roxanne Mirch (Richard) of Long Eddy, NY and Laura Casamento (Filippo) of Frankfort, NY; her stepchildren, Kim Peppenelli (Michael) of Marcy, NY, Valerie Schultz (Carl) of Venice, FL, Johnna Walker (Robert) of Oneida, NY and John Francis (Sandra) of Baldwinsville, NY; her brothers, Chester (Maryanne), James (Christine) and Thomas (Deb); and her sister-in-law Bernadette. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, their families, and many friends.
