Blaise of Johnstown and Kandy Bennett Adsit; his wife Jennifer Blaise; his son Gunner Blaise of Rochester; his stepfather Robert Adsit of Frankfort; his siblings, Joe Blaise (Kaya Linebeck) of North Utica and Michelle DelConte of Frankfort; his grandson Kian Miller Blaise; his stepbrothers, Mark Adsit (Kathy) and Jim Adsit; his parents-in-law, John and Freida Newell of Frankfort; his nieces and nephews, Joseph DelConte, Cara Messina, Cody Messina, Kaitlyn Blaise, Allyson Blaise, Connor Adsit, Renee Magnussen, Ryan Adsit, Clara Adsit and Ethan Adsit; his great-niece Summer Whaley; his friends, Larry, Jimmy, Mike, Missy, Mary and Brenna; and his close friends, Greg and Debbie.
