She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Kelly and Emma Kelly (Groshhans). She is survived by: her children, Martin Kelly of Fort Plain, Patrick Williams Jr. of Fort Plain and Caroline Kelly of Fort Plain; and her siblings, Levi H. Kelly Jr., Martin Kelly, Susan Kelly, Melody Kelly, Cathy Kelly and JoAnne VanSkiver. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations in Vicky's memory can be made to the Montgomery County Agricultural Society or FMCCE 4H.
