He is survived by: his girlfriend Melissa Horning; his mother Joanne Wolf (Stegemann); his sisters, Dee Reeder (Tim) and Darlene Wright (Jim); his daughters, Kelly Sammons (Fred) and Amber Trafton (Eric); his granddaughters, Kloey, Alexis, Cheyenne, Adalynn Barber and Candance Trafton; his nieces, Tracy Austin, Erin Thrityacre Headley, Meggan and Michelle Peterson; and his nephew Bryan Thirtyacre.
In keeping with Tom's wishes, donations can be sent in his honor to Ayres Animal Shelter or Mountain Valley Hospice.
