He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barbara Phillips and Stanley H Phillips; his wife Sheryl Neal; his daughter Arianna Patsos (Alex); his granddaughters, Laila, Yara and Marina; his siblings, Beverly Delatorre, John, Helen Rivera, James, Debra Hdayed and June Phillips Habib; and his daughters, Kathy and Kate.
Due to his interest in preserving the community buildings, we request that donations be directed to the Mohawk Valley Collective for the West Hill School.
