She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Herb, Sr. and Marion Herb (Burr); her granddaughter Maegan Savarese; and her half-brother Charles S. Herb. She is survived by: her husband Jack Nellis Waffle; her daughters, Marta Ann Mosher of Clifton Park, N. Y. and Holly Meg Savarese of Naples, Florida; her brother Richard E. Herb, Jr. (Myrna); and her grandchildren, Kortney Paige Mosher, Kody Weston Mosher of Fort Plain, N. Y., Karson Nellis Mosher of Atco and Joseph Mario Savarese III of Broadalbin, N. Y.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
