He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Lyons Prevost; and his brothers, Brett and Kurt Prevost. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Prevost; his sons, Robert Prevost, Chad Prevost and Kristopher Prevost (Whitney Masi); and his grandchildren, Derek, Mykenzie, Penelope, Elijah and Brooke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
