He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Packard, Sr. and Bernice Packard (Ellis); and his brother Ashley Packard. He is survived by: his children, Richard F. Packard III (Teresa) of Leominster, MA and Amber-Marie Girard of Cherry Valley, NY; his son-in-law Gerry Girard of Fort Plain, NY; his grandchildren, Riley, Katelyn Packard of Leominster, MA, Skyler and Kelsey Girard of Cherry Valley, NY; the mother of his children Rebecca S. Packard; and his sisters, Irene Coyle (Harold) and Holly Bell (Samuel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
