He was predeceased by: his father Robert Stephens. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Dickinson Grachek (Paul); his wife Marie Stephens; his daughters, Cheyanne, Marionna, Caitlyn and Ava Lynn; his sister Melissa Stephens (Lorence Morse); his aunt Alice Houseknecht; his uncle Carl; his close friend Kindergarten; and his parents-in-law, Susan Rachon and Ed Rachon, Jr.. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In keeping with currently guidelines regarding COVID-19 only 10 people will be allowed in at a time.
