She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Chamberlain; her parents, Ed Cogan and Lucille Cogan; and her sisters, Sue Merrill and Nancy Rutigliano.

She is survived by: her siblings, Francis Cogan (SamYe) of Utica, NY and Karen Smith (James) of VanHornesville, NY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.

Contributions in memory of Mrs. Mary C. Chamberlain may be made to the Fort Plain Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box 374, Fort Plain, NY 13339.
