It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Douglas VanAlstine of Fort Plain, New York, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Alstine and Oliver Van Alstine; and his sister Elizabeth Beaulac. He is survived by: his wife Janette; his daughters, Cynthia Fullington (Bruce), Laura Van Alstine, Donna Merwin (Edward Docskalik), Valerie Perrotte (William) and Rose Kubis (Steve); and his siblings, Gordon Van Alstine and Barbara Sieme. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the South Minden Fire Department (1029 St. Hwy 163 Fort Plain, NY 13339).
